We have been making and supplying our successful Germ Test for about 20 years around the world and are now introducing a new model incorporating suggestions from our customers; the new model is a 2-piece set instead of the previous 3 and has 2 pots each holding a carousel with 10 slides. The thermostatically controlled test vessels maintain 40±2 degrees C using negligible power. The controller/vacuum pump unit is small, very quiet and is virtually maintenance free. It takes only a few seconds to achieve vacuum in the test chamber. From switch on it will normally take about 30 minutes to reach the 40 degrees operating temperature depending on the ambient temperature, each pot will hold about 0.7 litres of the Tetrazolium salt solution.
